The hotel offers amazing rooms with only a slight issue of wind whistling through the sliding glass door. The cleanliness upon arrival was a downside, but the overall comfort was superb. The service, unfortunately, included a rude and unprofessional encounter regarding housekeeping exclusion, suggesting a room service incident to drive guests elsewhere. The location, despite some breezeways, is excellent for both business and leisure travelers, being conveniently near the Tucson Medical Center. The dining experience, although good, required paying for services that were expected to be included in the reservation. Overall, the hotel offers great rooms and amenities with some service and dining inconsistencies.
